Outside of nutrition, I love spending time in nature—whether it’s hiking along the coast path, swimming in the sea, or simply spending time in the garden. I’m a big believer in the power of movement for both mental and physical health. I also enjoy travelling, cooking (and experimenting with new recipes), practicing mindfulness, and curling up with a good book and my cat.
